This article discusses the interval variant of solving ordinary differential equations with given initial conditions, the Cauchy problem, by the method of operational calculus. This is where the interval version of the operational calculus is motivated and built. As a result, on the basis of the proved theorem in this article, an analytic interval set of solutions is obtained that is guaranteed to contain a real solution to the problem.

The Nigerian business environment is unfriendly considering the insecurity situation that characterized the atmosphere which resulted in many businesses being halted while others are forced to outright closure, especially in Niger state. As a result, government and policymakers in the state invest, support, and encourage entrepreneurs to sustain them. However, despite these huge investments and strategies adopted to promote and sustain entrepreneurship activities in the state by policymakers, entrepreneurs continued to perform below expectation. The study, therefore, examined perception as a strategy for sustainable entrepreneurship in the face of insurgency in Niger State. 315 respondents were used as the population as well as the sample size of the study. Simple linear regression was used to analyze the stated hypothesis. The study found a strong and positive relationship between business perception and entrepreneurship sustainability in Niger State. The study concludes that business perception is a strategy for sustainable entrepreneurship in Niger State and recommended that there should be proper orientation and encouragement to Niger State entrepreneurs to maintain or even improve on their current entrepreneurial mind- set, perceiving entrepreneurial opportunities amidst insecurity challenges.

The article presents the historical issues of the Mingtepa archaeological monument, which is famous in the Fergana Valley. The archaeological study of Mingtepa as well as the scientific analysis of the various archaeological and historians works on the solution of the archaeological problems of the Fergana Valley will be carried out. Also, in the article, opinions are expressed about the studies that have a special place in the historiography of this archaeological research. In the process of analyzing the historiography of Mingtepa archeology, an attempt was also made to cover the issue of the ancient capital of David . In addition, the data from the research archaeologists who studied this monument are comparative-analyzed, as well as the conclusions of the historiography. The results and prospects of the joint archaeological research carried out by Chinese-Uzbek archaeologists in the territory of Mingtepa today are summarized, and the scientific achievements of these expeditions are observed.

Men and women have been compared and contrasted for years on many different topics and on different places. Today, regardless certain behaviors both can almost do the same activities. This study aimed to determine the gender roles on salt farming practices in Western Pangasinan , the benefits from salt farming and some problems encountered by the farmers. The study made use of the descriptive survey research design. Respondents were selected through simple random sampling technique employing questionnaires to collect the needed data. Frequency, percentage, average weighted mean and t-test were used for data analysis. A total of 132 respondents (73 males and 59 females) were interviewed from salt farms situated in Alaminos City, Dasol, Bani and BolinaoPangasinan. Results showed that 34.84% of the respondents are working in the farm for almost 11 to 15 years now, that aside from salt farming 25.75% go for fishing during rainy season.. Findings also revealed that male salt farmers (AWM=3.83) in Western Pangasinan conduct salt bed preparation more frequently than female (AWM=2.69) salt farmers. On the other hand, salt farming practices of the male (AWM=3.74) and female (AWM=2.89) salt farmers are not significantly different. Hence, male and female salt farmers in Western Pangasinan have similar salt farming practices. Most of the male and female salt farmers were benefited because they were able to send their children to their college/vocational education and they were able to deliver salt to other places and that some of them were able to put up a warehouse. It is therefore recommended that in order to have a continuous salt production a technology which help salt farmers will be created.

This study tried to investigate the impact of agriculture and manufacturing on economic growth using time series data from (1987-2019). To analyze the link between the variables, the researchers utilized the ADF to test for stationarity, the Ordinary Least Square Method, the Error Correction Model, and the Granger Causality Test. The result shows that, the coefficient of agricultural output has a positive sign, indicating a favorable association. The AGRQ coefficient is (0.045142), implying that a 5% change in AGRQ will result in a 5% change in Manufacturing Value Added. At the 0.05 percent level, the finding is statistically significant, with a probability of (0.0000). The coefficient of determination R-Squared (R2) is 0.817974, indicating that variations in the explanatory variables account for nearly 82 percent of the variation in Manufacturing Value Added. The ECMs coefficient (-1) is (0.619202). The coefficient indicates that the short run adjustment annually offsets 62% of the systems disequilibrium in order to restore long-run equilibrium. This means that the system will reach equilibrium at a 62 percent rate the following year. At the 5% level of significance, Granger causality demonstrates that there is no causal link between Manufacturing Value Added and Real Gross Domestic Product. However, manufacturing value-added and agricultural output have a one-way relationship. The study recommends that government must urgently expand the Nigerian agricultural sector by allocating more financing to the industry and ensuring that the funds are used wisely and to further support increased industrial productivity and expansion, the government should work to strengthen its incentives to the manufacturing sector.

Background: C-reactive protein is a nonspecific, acute-phase, inflammatory protein, whose expression is increased in response to tissue injury, inflammation and infection. The highest concentrations of CRP are found in an individual having some bacterial infections where CRP level increase up to 1,000-fold. The present study was undertaken to determine the C-reactive protein levels in clinically suspected OPD and IPD patient by Latex agglutination test (LAT). Material and Methods: Blood samples were collected from clinically suspected OPD and IPD patients with signs of inflammation in plain vacutainer tubes and received in Serology laboratory of Microbiology Department for CRP testing. All blood samples were screened by Qualitative CRP assay by using commercially available kit. Blood samples that were positive were further tested for CRP titre by semi-quantitative test using same kit (Beacon Diagnostics Pvt Ltd ). Results: A total of 450 serum samples were received for CRP testing during a period of six months. Higher CRP levels were obtained in patients with chronic inflammatory diseases (76%) and as compared to patients with acute inflammatory diseases (24%). Conclusion: CRP is an inexpensive and easily available serological test helpful in correlating severity and mortality of any disease. Early CRP testing can be a very helpful tool to improve the clinical outcomes of patients and decreased mortality.

Introduction: Patient Safety (PS) is defined as a set of measures taken to reduce as much as possible the risks of unnecessary damage to patient care. Therefore, the importance of introducing issues related to this theme in the process of training new professionals has been widely studied. Objective: To deepen the literature on the insertion of the subject of PS in the curriculum and how it is being taught in medicine courses in Brazil and around the world. Method: The study is a systematic literature review and was conducted following the PRISMA recommendations. A search was carried out in the main scientific databases associated with health (CochraneLibrary, Medline via PubMed, Regional Portal of the Virtual Health Library (VHL) and Scielo), using the descriptors “Patient Safety”; “Curriculum” and “Medical Schools”. The inclusion criteria were primary articles from the last five years, in Portuguese, English and Spanish, presented in full text and that answered the guiding question. Those article that didn’t contain primary data were excluded. After selection, articles were double-assessed by independent reviewers for risk of bias and quality of evidence using the QUADAS-2 tool provided by Cochrane. Result: 173 articles were identified, of which 150 were excluded as per the Prisma protocol, leaving 23 articles that were analyzed in depth and synthesized descriptively. In general, the concern of medical schools in implementing a curriculum that attends to patient safety was demonstrated. Conclusion: There are several barriers that hinder the implementation of the PS theme in the medical curriculum, such as the lack of standardization of curricula on the subject, reducing the effectiveness of teaching, to solve this issue, although several models are being developed to facilitate and ensure a standard of quality. However, more assertive teaching-learning methodologies are needed for better effectiveness of teaching Patient Safety in medical schools.

This narrative review explores the protective value of Vitamin D (VD) and its metabolites, such as Vitamin D2 (VD2) and Vitamin D3 (VD3), and their preventive health potentials backed by evidence-based medicine against viral respiratory illnesses (VRI). With the recent events of late 2019, a severe acute respiratory illness began to sweep the globe. This SARS illness was of coronavirus-2 variant known as SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19). With COVID-19 in mind, the purpose of this paper was to explore a preventative health model utilizing evidence-based medical research to safeguard against similar viral catastrophes. The knowledge gained is essential for the future education of the general population and necessary for a more preemptive and protective approach to VRIs. Google Scholar, PubMed, and DuckDuckgo were the most often utilized internet search engines and databases to collect sources. Twelve evidence-based medical articles were selected based on specific inclusionary and exclusionary criteria. More specifically, eleven systematic-review and meta-analyses (SRMA) and one Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) were selected. The data extracted from the eleven articles were analyzed to understand the relationship between VD, VD3, and Viral Respiratory illnesses (VRIs). VD is known to have various protective actions on the immune system (IS). First, VD activates gene transcription upon innate immune cells to increase viral defensive proteins such as Defensins and Cathelicidins (Laaski, 2011; Liu, 2006; NIH, 2020). More importantly, VD down-regulates certain specific adaptive immune cells named T helper 2 (Th2). The Th2 cellular pathway indirectly downregulates T helper 1 (Th1), cell pro-inflammatory cytokine storms, thus assisting with viral clearance (Huang, Wang, Li et al., 2020). More EBM research displays an inverse relationship between VD status and VRI, like incidences, severity, and duration of VRIs (Abioye, Bromage & Fawz 2021). Recommendations for future research were presented to understand VD better and its possible use as a potential therapeutic or preventive medicine modality for the public. Proposals on health policy changes within health agencies like the United States Preventative Task Force (USPTF) were also provided. Changes included mandatory health VD screens tables and their metabolites for patients of different ages and breeds to achieve proper VRI protection to prevent future pandemics.

This study seeks to examine the relationship between Entrepreneurship practices and the level of profitability among farmers in Jos. The study covered small and medium scale farmer entrepreneurs within Jos North, Jos South and Jos East. A sample size of 518 was obtained from the population of 834 at 5% error tolerance and 95% level of confidence, using Simple Random Sampling. A self-structured questionnaire was used to collect data. 505(97.5%) of the questionnaire distributed were returned. The study conducted a pre-test on the questionnaire to ensure the validity of the instrument. Data collected were presented in descriptive statistics and frequency tables. The study used financial ratios such as the gross profit margin, net profit margin, returns on assets, sales per year and total assets measures were used to measure the profitability. The average values for gross profit margin, net profit margin and returns on assets are 29.47%, 19.2% and 8.2% respectively; the result shows that an individual farmer in this study can boast of a high level of profit. The study recommends among other things that governments at all levels should work to create a more conducive environment for farmer entrepreneurs to make profitable investments in agriculture.

This study aims to find out what factors make people commit criminal acts of destroying coral reefs on the island of Kayoa and how to enforce the law against people who commit criminal acts of destruction of coral reefs on the island of Kayoa. The type of research used in this research is using empirical research methods. This method is used to identify the law, and research on the effectiveness of the law. Legal research is focused on testing the communitys compliance with a legal norm with the aim of measuring the effectiveness or not of an applicable legal arrangement or material. The results of this study indicate that the factors that influence people to commit criminal acts of coral reef destruction are due to geographical, social and economic factors so that people carry out mining of coral reefs that are already in violation of applicable law. Law enforcement against people who commit criminal acts of coral reef destruction is ineffective due to the lack of socialization from the local government to the people of the island of Kayoa, the village, so that people carry out coral reef mining.

Gender marking is a language universal, although some languages have a stronger Gender-marking grammar. The Lexical Functional Grammar (LFG), a linguistic theory, has a set of rules and levels to render for Gender marking. Bornee and developed within the larger framework of the Generative Grammar, the Lexical Functional Grammar has become a standalone autonomous theoretical theory. This paper draws data from French language to present a comprehensive development of Gender-marking analysis within the Lexical Functional Grammar Framework. Fundamentally, the LSG posits for four phrase structures, which are the C-structure representing lexical entries, the F-structure, which deals with the functional information, the A-structure, which structures predicate-argument relationships, and the o-structure, which handles semantic representations. Although the grammatical gender is arrayed all over the four structures, it is mainly presented in this paper as a feature in the lexicon, typically integrated in the C-structure and F-structure mapping.

Fiber extracted from castor plant is a bast fiber like hemp, jute, flax and kenaf. Based on the chemical constitutes; physical and chemical properties of these eco-friendly fibers extracted from agro waste are used in making different materials like union fabrics and reinforcement materials. In the present study, castor fiber was dyed with Eclipta prostrata plant extract and evaluated for colorfastness and color strength properties. The colorfastness properties of castor fiber dyed with pre, simultaneous and post-mordanting methods using four mordants aluminum potassium sulfate (commonly called alum) (KAI(SO4)2 .12H2O),stannous Chloride (SnCl2), copper sulfate (CuSO4) and ferrous sulfate (FeSO4) were tested. The colorfastness to light, wash, crock and perspiration was found to be good for CuSO4 and FeSO4 dyed fibers. Color strength properties for the samples were also assessed and found to be good.

This study examines the effect of Exchange Rate Fluctuation and Foreign Reserves on Macroeconomics Performance in Nigeria from 1980-2019. The variables of interest include External Debt, Reserves, Exchange Rate, External Debt Servicing and Government Expenditure were analyzed using co-integration, auto-redistribution lag model (ARDL) and Granger Causality test to understand the long and short run relationship between the variables. Result revealed that there is a unidirectional relationship between foreign reserves and the exchange rate. Exchange rate Granger causes foreign reserves in Nigeria, while foreign reserves do not granger cause exchange rate Granger. This means that as the exchange rate depreciates or appreciates, it always has an impact on Nigerias foreign reserves. The study recommends among other thing that the government should ensure that the country foreign reserves are used and managed efficiently. This is because it has been established that foreign reserves have a beneficial impact on macroeconomic performance and stimulate economic growth both of which help to enhance the Nigerian economy.

This paper analyzes the relationship between the demand for tobacco, its price and the economic factors that may influence it. The objective is to understand the response of consumers to an increase in tobacco prices. The price increase is assumed to be caused by the effect of increasing tobacco taxes, which is a major tobacco control policy. This paper also analyzes the reaction of smokers to an increase in the prices of other goods in the economy. To achieve this objective, we estimate the elasticities of these factors through the tobacco demand models proposed in the literature. The price of tobacco, consumer income per capita, the price of goods such as food and health care, and the strengthening of anti-smoking laws are among the variables used to estimate the demand equations for tobacco. The results of the estimations indicate first that the demand for tobacco is highly elastic with respect to its price; the price elasticity is estimated at -1.368. Tobacco demand is also sensitive to consumer income and the strengthening of anti-smoking laws. In contrast, changes in the prices of other non-addictive goods in the economy, such as food, have no influence on the demand for tobacco products. This means that when the price of other products increases, smokers are likely to reduce the quantity of these products consumed in order to maintain their level of tobacco consumption.
